holy shit only one person gave you true advice out of so many posts.
Want a reliable car to roll around in ? Newer 07 civic. Great MPG , wont break down and if it does then it's cheap to fix.

Want something sporty and quick? get an early 00s m3 that comes tied in to expensive insurance and repairs.

Want a mix of both? Get a WRX or an STi for that price.

Not into imports? get a 2004 cadillac cts-v for 12k , has 400+ rwhp tied in with mega shitty 16mpg
