Located in RSM. And I see the preludes but there like 96 and lower for 4000. I dont like that kind of model thats why i think that if i get a 95 3000gt SL id be getting a better deal. the 96 prelude just looks like a 94 accord.

I always think first cars should have character, be good enough to enjoy and love but cheap enough that you won't cry if something happens to it.
Like others have said, a first car should be the car you learn on: i.e. not too powerful and a good basis to teach you how to handle a car and or how to modify one.
Some examples that fall into your budget are:
Nissan S13/180sx Silvia (N/A SR20 or CA1

BMW E30 and stance it
Mazda MX5 (gotta love this car! Trust me it will be the most memorable car you will ever own.)
Datsun 280ZX (very cool car and you’d be able to find a pretty clean one for the money you have).
Worthy examples may be hard to find within your budget, beware and be sure to inspect them carefully as most have had a tough life for obvious reasons. If you aren’t exactly knowledgeable on what to look for and think you may have found the “RIGHT” car, I suggest giving booking an inspection with someone you trust ie your family mechanic..
