Isn't there like a huge price jump from is300 to is350?

I'd go with IS300 for a first car. IS350 are sick and quick so I'd figure insurance might rape you.

Getting a newer IS isn't practical as a first car, just get the IS300.

350 if its your dd, if your building a track/drift/time attack car the 300. plus with the 350 you can go the vip route with the same mods for a track/drift/time attack car.

2jzge isn't that good on gas, nor does it make much power (even though it had the potential). 350 makes decent power, 250 is the most economical of the bunch.

Depends on what your looking for. I mean as a daily driver I think the is300 is the best. It gets good gas mileage and is low key. And if you ever want to tune it, there's a large tuner market out there for the is300 too. And I mean you could always turbo it if you want more power. But if you are just trying to stunt go with is350 or isf, just realize everything is gonna be more expensive. But that's the price to pay to stunt.

Good question but it's all your preference. Manual vs auto. New vs used. But in all honesty, neither is really good as a DD especially the 250/350. I knew a lot of people who complained about the avg mpg being ~20. with the 300, you don't know how long it's gonna last you, so there's always that gamble.

IS300 if you like body-style. I drive one usually and it's really nice to have fun in and is pretty decent on gas for what it is capable of doing like AutoX. IS350 is just generally boring and is looking aged compared to other sporty sedans.
