Hey guys, I'm looking to get my first car very soon.
I would like to get an Acura TSX but I can't find any
in my price range with a clean title around my area
so I need an alternative.

-$10k budget

Any suggestions? Thanks.smile

lol if you have to worry about mpg, dont even get a subie. stick with the normal hondas/toyotas as a first car

tsx would be an excellent first car

what's your criteria in terms of size, transmission, performance, etc?

Automatic definitely..I've wanted to learn manual but I don't have a car to work with.
Performance doesn't really matter but wouldn't hurt. Overall not too important.
I would also prefer a sedan.
Good mpg wouldn't hurt as well.
No American cars..

Basically a nice looking car that will get me from point A to point B.

Good mpg, nice, and sedan dont go together. Eliminate subie from your mind, insurance is rape and they dont get that good mpg. with a first car, i always suggest a 4 cylinder because lets be honest, most kids cant drive and will get into an accident with their first car causing the value to decrease. get a civic

you can have the car picked up and delivered to where you live from anywhere in the country.shouldnt cost more than 600.i have a site bookmarked but im too lazy to look for it right now.just google it.id go for the subie but everyones right that your gonna get bent over on insurance.you can also haggle on the price of the tsx and say just knock it down a lil so i can get shipped to me.

What website?

Subie is a no go. Price listed was $6900, now lowered to $6200.
However my Dad isn't a fan of Subaru's.

Currently searching for an RSX, TSX, Civics.

if you are looking for sedan and auto....I would get lexus/infiniti. It also opens the door to styling

ls400
gs300
q45

you can pick any of those up for under 10k easily.
