Bought a new car, want to dress it up, dont know where to start

i know this is noob, but i recently bought a 97 accord and want to do dress up to it, i have seen it done really well before but thing is, im clueless as to where to start, where to buy the parts and where i can have someone fix it on my car...

put an m3 kit, raise it by 6 inches, tint it all around, put some spinners and add flames to the paint job.

slam it up, 5 spoke enkei's with 20mm spacer,5" fake dual exhaust, paint engine tiffany colors, huge spoiler, fake carbon fiber hood with hood pins, and put a body kit on it, but never NEVER paint it.

the problem with the older accords is that you have to check your vtec fluid once in a while. Otherwise that shit runs low and you won't as much power.
