883 is definitely enough power, especially for beginners. The bike picks up speed real quick. With that said, and because of the fact that my friend already has this bike, I've had my eyes on the HD 48, that comes with a 1200

idk I rode my buddies 1200 and I didn't think it was enough but I also started on a CBR 600RR

Thats what im saying. Its more than enough for someone thats just getting into riding cause if you think about it, you never really use all the motor the bike truly has. Its like that for mx riders. I ride a 250 and sometimes ive wonder if ive outgrown it, but when i jump on my friends 450's, i realize that there is no way in hell that anyone uses all that motor all the time. The only people who truly dominate in that class that have used a 450 to its full potential have been James Stewart, Ricky Carmichael, Reed and Villapoto.

If I lived somewhere where there were actual places to ride off road and shit I would definitely look for a dual sport or just a straight up dirt bike. But miami's just full of concrete

idk I rode my buddies 1200 and I didn't think it was enough but I also started on a CBR 600RR

Idk what to tell you, I know for sure a 800cc bike (like the Bonneville) would be enough for me. I'd probably be real happy with a 650cc even. Tbh I'm dying to ride something like a Ninja 250 or a Honda Rebel to see just how slow a 250cc is when pushed hard

I liked cafe racers a lot more like 2 weeks ago before I started researching different kind of bikes and shit. I wanted to build a cafe racer but I've changed my mind to a minimalistic bobber, like that Bonneville I posted right thurr ^
