^^^I personally like shopping in Mong Kok, but make sure you check out all of the shoe spots before you make your purchase. And watch out for fakes.
As for the prices, from what I remember, Dunks go for like 500ish HK for the general release ones. When I went to Mong Kok last year, I managed to pick up a pair of Dunk Low SB's for 490 HKD. It was a steal. AF1's go for generally the same price. I feel it's just the culture of North America that raises the price and status of the AF1. Jordan's aren't much cheaper in HK than compared to North America...
