Most of the info I get are either from here or just HK magazines. Always look for the little address printed at the bottom. smokeyface

It's weird though because when I'm in HK I live on the Island, but I spend most of my time in Kowloon.

And, well, EXIT by Double Park is in Kowloon, and that's my all-time favourite so..... >smh

yvr76,

Again, many thanks for the helpful information - a wealth of knowledge being shared out there blushing

Trying to set up some meet-ups with people from the Yahoo HK auctions for specific items I'm after. Does anyone have any experience with these? Scams or otherwise?

Thanks!

Yep, thanks for that. I'm hoping the meet-up aspect will minimise the chance of getting a fake as it'd be pretty embarrassing (as a seller) for a buyer to accuse you of pushing a fake!

Any problems copping the larger sizes out in HK? I mean, do they have far lower stock counts for US11-12?

Any help appreciated.

thanks

I know there's a small Adidas outlet in Whampoa. Quite a dodgy place. Then again, you have to look for the bargains.

Nike Outlet, IIRC, is a couple blocks from the Kwun Tong MTR Station. You should have no problems googling the address.

Some of the better kicks i seen for sale there would be the Evolution of Air AM1's and thats about it, but as always, its luck of the draw, so go check it out and see if you get lucky...

agreed, everytime i go there hoping that i'll be able to pick up something nice but its always the same ol shit :/

there's another complex in Tung Chung (as FAR as you can go on the MTR) that has a Nike/adidas/New Balance outlet

they all actually weren't that bad
Nike
-easter 180
-Thrasher Blazer SB
-those Zoom FC's (not SB's) that are predominately solid colored, come in the slide box
-bunch of laser Dunks/AF1's
-women's White Day Dunks
-best prices

adidas
-bunch of aidcolor Hi's (like surface to air stuff)
-micropacer's
-LOTS of vintage clothing
-LOTS of stella McCarthey stuff
-LOTS of retro/lifestyle shoes
-everything is 50% off

New Balance
-some made in UK stuff
-a few co.jp stuff
-not the best prices, some shoes can be seen at other retailers for cheaper

store called Take 5 in TST, never been but prices are not cheap I hear. Probably even cheaper to buy through a forwarding service from Japan, but at least you see the goods in person.

Take 5 is on Granville Road in TST East.

You'd be looking at upwards of $1500hkd and more for Nudie or Samurai jeans. Selection is quite good though.

reseller store isn't necessarily a licensed seller of certain products.

Another way to look at it, is that at a reseller store they were not the first time the shoes were sold. So HKIT perhaps bought some hard to get SB's from IT to put in their store to sell again (hence REselling)

ill ask where else you can pick up DGK's.

If you go to the bottom floor of trendy zone in mong kok. It's located at nathan rd. and ______.. yes very vague but it is relatively easy to find. I'm not sure about availability of ice creams but I seen lots of bbc... even as recent as that waffle print shirt.
