yes. the overall shot looks clean, but the size you are posting causes a jagged pixelation. is there a reason you always post your photos so large? it takes away from the details when everything is so big. the eyes need a comfortable place to focus on in order to scan an image, and out of all the people who post snaps i find the most difficulty doing this when I look at yours. no hate, but maybe you want to post photos with a 650 width or less? jus suggesting...
also, to the guys doing long exposure etc. without a tripod... that's a no-no.
i Posted Those Same Photos On Another Forum And They Looked Fine. i Guess It Might Have Something To Do With Hypebeast. I'll Make Them Smaller Next Time I Upload.
Hypebeast changed to a fixed width forum. Supersized photos will not stretch the tables any more....
which brings me back to the question you didn't answer.... is there a reason you always post super large photos, do you think they look better? cuz they don't. anything wider than 750 pixels or so is going to look horrible. big photos don't make your images look any better anyways... which is what i was getting at b4. no disrespect tho...
P.S. - don't you use flickr? flickr gives you a medium size which is perfect for forums

I'm going to be buying a new lens for my D40 soon. I was thinking about the Sigma 10-20mm HSM (looks pretty damn good, affordable and will autofocus on my D40) or a telephoto. Probably a 55-200mm VR. What do you guys think?

and why is that? i know the results may be blurry but at 1/4 i think it's acceptable and the image conveyed what i wanted others to see just fine, albeit it wasn't perfect but i enjoyed the results.

Well if the exact same photos were fine on another board what else would explain it?
