Ironic, since I did a Vietnam War paper a month ago. I myself am Vietnamese. The photographer is Eddie Adams.

This is a very influential picture... and it was perfect album art...


I have the same eye color as the afghan girl, so people always talk to me about that photo...

I remember Discovery Channel or National Geographic doing a documentary on finding that Afghanistan girl (correct me if I'm wrong). A photographer first took a photo of her when she was younger and many were entranced by the color of her eyes. After a couple of years, a group of people went out on a search for her. I remember a lot of people would lie and say that they were her. Imagine the frustration. That photo is breathtaking.


I saw that, Sigurney Weaver was the narrator hahahah.
