Canon T3 vs T3i

I was curious if anyone has had any experience with the Canon Rebel T3 and T3i's and could recommend one of them.

I'm not a professional, but I'm a pretty decent amateur photographer.

The Canon t3 and the t3i are pretty much the same. The only thing the cannon t3i has over the cannon t3 is the flip out LCD screen. Some people might find that useful when its comes to recording videos. I would recommend the Cannon t3i

Actually the screen is not the only difference
T3 has 12 megapixels and the T3i has 18 megapixels
T3 does 720P video the T3I does 1080P video
T3 has a 2.5in fixed screen the T3I has a 3.0in vari-angle screen
T3 has no sensor cleaner the T3I does
T3 has 3fps the T3I 3.7fps (not that really big of a difference)
Some more differences but that is a ll I can think of off my head. So if your just going to be taking pictures of your self in the mirror or your supreme collection just get a T3.

I'm not trying to hate on you or anything but when people ask me at school for a camera reconmendation thats all they want the camera for one guy even asked me if a 7D had enough HD to take pictures of his new Nikes
