my summer project is to have a zine. i love the artists and photographers work that i’ve seen in the threads and i would love to have a bit of everyone’s stuff all compiled digitally and/or physically so that we can all share with each other our work.
the zine can be designed however we’d like so i’d love enough effort from everyone if you’re interested. the contents of the zine can be anything as long as it’s art. it may be hard if you’re a musician (can work digitally, i guess) but we’ll figure it out.
also, old work is cool but this is also an opportunity to start on something new! :]
please let me know! i’d love for this to be my first real summer art project and to be a successful one at that.

categories will be: pictures x drawings x journals
pictures will be photography or the likes.
drawings can be hand drawn, paintings, digital, etc.
journals will be poetry, spoken word, short stories, lyrics, etc.
think of it as an "avant garde" zine since the design will be up to us.

this also has to be a group effort. like everyone else, i too have a life so equal effort is expected from everyone. if you know yourself that you arent active at all on hb/the internet then i'm sorry, this project may not be for you. if you have maybe one or two things you want to submit, that may be fine but for anything more, i might have to say no.

all in all, i want us to have fun and enjoy working on new summer projects. there will only be one issue of the zine since we all need to make new stuff anyways but hopefully this runs smoothly so we can have another one next year or even for the winter time :D

i will update this thread with more info and hopefully we can figure out where digitally can we store everything. o_O and i really want this to be like a zine.. layout and errthang.
