I've been looking to get a X100 for everyday use, but recently have been reading that people are having sticky aperture blade (SAB) problems. Something like 3% of pre-2012 units are supposed have this SAB problems. I think there are a few people here with X100? I can't find anyone with any problems with this camera, but maybe I didn't search correctly.

Anyone shooting with the X100 or have knowledge of this SAB problem? fixes?

I shoot with one never had any problem with sticky apeture blades lol.

if you buy one with warranty, then fuji will fix it for free

if you buy a grey market camera (no serial code) you will be screwed if you get sab

Iv never had that problem but one thing to be aware of is formatting the card, If you have a mac do not format the card in the computer, it causes the camera to turn on much slower, just format in camera.
