Im broke and but I need to use my flash for night time shoots. I hate the on camera flash, it makes everything look flat etc. etc. But I want to know if anyone has tried re-directing the on camera flash light. I'm thinking of putting the tube from a toilet paper roll over the flash to direct the light up instead of forward.

Any other ideas?

I would of never thought they made shit like that, this is dope. Way better then having a roll of toilet paper on top of my camera

the toilet roll might work better

cause you will have more control over the direction of the flash.
