JPEG if I'm shooting a lot of shots at once raw for shots I don't mind editing.

i only shoot in SMALL when I'm just kicking it.. if a job comes up then i shoot in Large + RAW.

Raw always, only time jpeg is if you really need that speed for action like sports and ur shootin like a machine gun ;D well, with raw, especially if you postprocess, theres more control over your image and techniques to use.
