Right at home, and I make prints in my own darkroom.

not everyone has a darkroom or darkroom equipment.

I would reccommend supporting a local shop and getting to know your developers.
Maybe google some film developing places in your city and see some reviews.

if you're constantly going to be developing rolls of film, it'd just be better to set up your own developing station. i mean it's not like you have to buy an enlarger now that we have negative scanners. to develop film all you'd really need (other than chemicals) are developing tanks and shit like film reels, and a light proof bags, all of which shouldn't run you that much at all.
