@no0, should have gone for a second or two longer flash, maybe less development the second time around, you could always pull it as it turns .

@northwest, thanks bud. i don't actually know him ahah, just saw him skating at the Burton ramp once and hung out with him for a day, pretty sick.

Tri-x (Classic Grain)
Tmax (Sharper Richer)
Ilford Pan-F (Sharp / Fine as fuck. came. 50iso though, expensive)
Fuji Neopan Acros 100 (good shit at 100iso, unsure of price)

i am still getting the hang of it.
adjustable f/stops is great, but the swiveling focus wheel is almost like a fucking guessing game, as it doesnt even show up in the viewfinder.

great little camera though, im starting to love it.

LA trip? you best hit it up so we can go on a photo mission!

yea if i cant get the hang of focusing the xa ill try to see if an xa2 fits what i need. zone focusing is so much simpler.

look into an olympus stylus epic, or if you are willing to splurge, yashica t2/t4

was it wound on properly?
usually when on e, wind in your film, close door and advance it like 2-3 times and it should work.

got a package of fiber pearl the other day. definitely my favorite type of paper from now on. i used to think RC glossy was the best since it was cheap, and you could pretty much slide away with poorly developing your pritns, but then i realized that pearl is definitely better. the rich black you get from pearl is fucking amazing in person.

i need to upgrade my shitte stock lense. i would kill for a 50mm 1.8 on my minolta.

anyways, my negatives were fucking shitte. so much dust and scratches on them. i need to invest on static cloth and anti scratch.
