Depends where you are located. Walgreens/Costco do basic stuff but they can be a hit or miss. I would go to a smaller camera/processing store that specializes in that sort of thing. I am in Austin, Texas right now and Precision camera does a really dope job...charges a bit more for develop and scan but it's worth it.
