^ I recently busted my XA2 on that roll i was skating to the store and it popped out my back pocket and fucked it up just replaced it today this time with a flash,  but I get my shit done at rite-aid and scan it with an Epson v500 at home.

does anyone know what the dial highlighted in red is? thanks in advance

the row with the green three is the focus scale in meters
the row with the green 10 is the scale in feet

this is for focusing on stuff with the scale instead of using the viewfinder

the rows that say asa 400 and asa 100 are for flash.  find out how that works but if you have in 400 speed film and your subject is close you need a smaller aperture otherwise your going to blow off their nose.

those rows prob tell you if your aperture is too big or too small if you are popping flash.  if its too bright you can use something like tissue paper to have the flash hit less hard.

copped a L-608 light meter right after christmas,
shot two rolls of 120,
got them developed,
just ordered a v600 after much debate.

pics coming as soon as the scanner gets here. fuck me if this hasn't been the most slippery slope of all time.
posting this just to try to state my amazement at how big the medium format neg is. ive seen pictures, but actually having it in my hand is crazy.
