Unlike Nike Adidas isn't afraid to do a collabo and create actual new shoe models . Nike refuses to do this except for Kanye who is the first and last of these non athletes. Adidas pushes the envelope a lot more than Nike by giving an individual the right create a brand new product. Nike rehashes dunks and air force ones so much the shoes have lost its significance or hype ( same difference) . Nike is truly dead creatively the designers are no where near as daring everyone of them has this ivy league background that means shit if you don't have any life experience or personality added to your product. Nike the super rich company can't come up with any decent cross trainers or real lifestyle shoes. Adidas is doing a great job even though it is no where near as popular in the states as Nike is . I have yet to see a Nike Collabo that is a truly brand new product.

In a nutshell Nike is Dead long live them crazy dassler brothers.

This post kind of surprised me when I seen it. Being from Boston (Concepts) I can never say that Adidas truly "died", but it def slowed down a little bit during the Nike boom. I have to say though I am loving almost everythign Adidas has coming out right now. The new Adidas Skateboarding stuff is amazing, The David Beckham x James Bond line was nuts, The O by O stuff has all been on point.... To me one of the best shoes of the year was the blue David Beckham zx8000.
