Default Can You Call BWS to Find Out What's In Stock?

Instead of going there to see what's available, can you just call BWS and ask them what you want if it's a specific item?

Even if u call BWS SOHO and they tell u they have what u want they won't hold it for u for even the amount of time it would take u to get yer ass over there. I once asked them to hold a t-shirt 4 15 mins. and they practically told me 2 go f**k myself.

On the other hand my boyz around the corner at Union have bent over backwardz 2 help me out. They aren't all independent like BWS is. Then again Union doesn't have 100's of people lining up outside their store on a Saturday or Sunday morning. :-]

Not in so many words Ichigo#.

But if I asked them to hold a shirt for literally 15 mins. and they wouldn't, to me that is a big "F**K YOU!!!11one" IMO.

A Crystal Camo hoody is 1 thing but a plain old t-shirt is something else all2gether as far as "holds" are concerned.

saying no to holding = "fuck you"? I'm glad you're puttin words in their mouths. Why would they hold a shirt for you for 15 mins if there are people waiting outside or about to come in to buy that same t-shirt? They don't stock that many t-shirts to begin with. While I do agree that there are a few workers in there that could use an attitude ajustment most of them cats in there are cool for the most part. Respect is earned, not given.

Ask me why the workers at Union would special order me stuff when they don't have 2. The employees at Union don't work on commission (not that the employees at BWS earn one either) so why do they go out of their way to hook me up? Why would it hurt them (BWS SOHO) 2 hold a t-shirt for 15 mins.? I'm a good customer there and it wouldn't have killed them or put them out of business to do me a favor. Something that tons of people are on line for is (like I said in my other post) one thing but a regular t-shirt is not that big a deal IMO. And I disagree with u as far as BWS not having that many t-shirts. They have quite a decent selection in comparison to their selection of hoodies at any given time.

Why do I have to earn their respect in the 1st place? I don't shop there for the employees' respect. I don't treat them disrespectfully while I'm there which is more than I can say for the way I was treated by the majority of the customers when I worked in retail. 2 tell u the truth I don't entirely know where u are even going with that last statement of yours.

it's actually very simple. you may not be openly bashing them at the bws store but you come here on the message boards and flame them behind their backs. That to me is disrespecting people behind their backs. If you have a problem go confront them directly. There are at least 3 workers in there that always let's me know the correct drop dates on stuff when i ask. If you frequent the store enough and start talking to them from time to time you'll notice that most of them are actually pretty chill. Try to avoid the skinny asian guy who wants to look like edison chen and the tanned cat who is always rockin the green bape 2g camo hoody tryin to look gangsta w/ his hood on. Also, the only people they hold stuff for are the bws staff and vip customers. As for union, I haven't seen a line there in years so i don't think you can compare them to bws. I think with the exception of the awesome recon crew and bqe, most stores like supreme, ssur, union, have their fair share of rude C.S. Everybody is entitled to their bad days especially if you work in retail. I'd hate to ever have a job requiring me to deal with teenage kids while standing on my feet 8+ hours a day asking me the same question over and over.
