The Nike Super Fakes ?

What are your thoughts ?

Its a well known fact that the fake and counterfeit industry in fashion is a large one, with parts of New York being the worst hit. So its refreshing to see someone take a humorous, tongue in cheek statement on the fake industry, by creating these custom Nike Air Force One 'super fake' sneakers.

This weekend a new custom Nike Air Force One design was released out of Tribeca's Solefood shop. Their nicknamed 'Canal Street' in dedication to the street of fakes. Taking patterns from Chanel, Louis Vuitton, the LV Stephen Sprouse collection and more.

Whilst we think this cheeky statement is pure brilliance, there might be a problem. It is well known that Louis Vuitton and Chanel are notorious for suing people over even the slightest misuse of brand representation, hell, LV even sued Britney Spears for using their logo on a dashboard in one of her music videos, the reason? "We don't make dashboards".

How many fat ladies have I seen with LV purses think that they were top notch fashion? Seriously, a gym membership would be half that, and you'd look way better.

all im say if you go to the nearest hood spot (club,mall, pool hall) *****s would be breaking they neck to get a glance at these. now i dont think is a bad concept looking at some of the crazy shit nike is putting out there sometimes that most dont feel. now if they were free or not over 40 usd shipped i would rock no doubt just so i can slap the shit out of the first dumbass that comes to me saying "yo those are so fake dude"

I'm not sure if they are a one off or have been mass produced but even if you was to cop , what would you / anyone wear with them ?
