yeah. Levi's 1947 LVCs. They are slimmer than the STFs though, especially the leg opening.

mhostar there a set of LVC raw selvedge at a top secret place i know. its a size 34 and its reccommended you get 2 inches bigger cause they shrink. so these are good for a 32 or 33 after you wash it but theres tricks to get around it


im not sure if you are interested or not but they are super expensive and probably cheaper on ebay. 300 shipped from me. liek 265 and shipping and sending fees

now, I'm actually looking for either washed and raw selvedge jeans with a straight/loose cut (no narrow, slim or skinny) that is made in the US or Japan, especially Japan (hate cheap imports), and I also like to know more about the limited selvedge line of Levi's.. superdenim sucks a bit

^^^^ If you want a loose fitting straight leg jean with selvedge, I'd recommend the '55 LVC's. They are considered to be the "baggiest" of the Levi's repros, although in relative terms they're more of a loose fit, not baggy like hip-hop baggy. Those 47's posted above are the slimmest of all LVC's.

You also should consider the Sugarcane 55's. I just got a pair and they're awesome. IMO, they're better than Levi's although some consider it a toss-up between the two. Here's some pics:

501 is a certain style of Levis..not all are raw. It's pretty easy to spot raw denim...it's dark and shiny.

i tried the 501 originals raw STF on in size 38 and they fit very very tight. then i bought a pair of size 38 pre shrunk 501s & they fit perfect so it seems like the 501 STFs fit a size smaller than they actually claim so go up one size than u normally wear.


i'll try to get some pics and video of the 501's and the levis store next time i go. its a 2 story store full of demin everything. oh and their raw denim jackets and hoodys are insaine.
