While watching the world cup some of the employees started ragging on me cause i was born in the US. I was mad that america sucked so much at soccer and they told me "Americans are only good for war". With everything thats going on im starting to believe them...

Just to let all of you know, not everyone in America shares this whole "soccer is gay" pov. Its getting HUGE over here and one day, maybe not in my lifetime, soccer will be considered one of the major sports. Heres my opinion on the whole American Football vs the worlds Football....
Am Football is kinda physical yes, but when you wear all those pads, play in 3 second intervals, and half the team on the field is pushin 300lbs just how much of a real athlete do you have to be?
You'd never see a guy that big in soccer, for the simple reason that you must be a finely tuned athlete to be playing non stop for 45 minutes at a time. A soccer player can play am football no problem, but 99% of am football players wouldnt last 15 minutes in soccer before they needed to run over, get a cup of gatorade and have their coach tell their dumbass what to do.
Soccer has No Time outs, no petty ass little penalties that slow down the game an extra hour than it needs to be. There are no plays (aside from set pieces) which means that in order for you to accomplish something great in soccer, you rely on team chemistry, vision, and imagination. Then theres always the HUGE difference in difficulty between the simple task of catching a ball and running with it, and the almost impossible to master ball control in soccer. Only a few men in history could really do what they wanted with that ball, manipulate it, run with it with ease, and beat players. It seems like every season in Am Football there is a new Running back or wide receiver that is setting a new record for touchdowns. The one person in football i give major credit to is the Quarterback. Now THAT shit takes talent.
Anyways, just figured id put an American twist on the whole soccer is better than football thing. Im pretty sure most of you guys would agree with me 8)
