Get your image onto acetate then get it exposed on an emulsion screen and screen print your designs.

If you're willing to pay money, you can always just go to a screen printing place and most likely thy'd be able to do all the stuff for you (ie. photoshop, illustrator, screenprinting). All you gotta do is show em what you want on a shirt. IT COSTS LOTS OF MONEY THO.....but not that much. Some people on here figured out ways to do theyre own shirts by making theyre own screens and doin it all by themselves...ie. DUM (did good job too). But I'd rather go to a shop that screenprints, it's way easier plus I think u'd be saving money too. They get deals on shirts and shit. But yeah.....I'm hopin to do that. Props to what you wanna do....oh yeah one question........what's the name of your brand? good luck tho

Well a bit of research and searching this forum would help you. There's plenty of threads on printing and recent threads as well.
If you want to take your brand far starting off with a screen printing kit isn't a bad idea. But if you only want a small run for a one off tee get someone else to do it.
If you get a kit you can pay off the cost of it pretty quickly.

i would think about this name again,.. lego is a registered trademark as you might now,.. and if you just put a "mister" in front of it,.. you maybe can be sued for some things a lawyer could explain! ;-)

You going to want to buy a silkscreen. Google silkscreening for info on the process. Its really pretty simple, and you can test around with it by yourself. You print out your designs on paper and expose em onto the screen via sunlight, and that makes a stencil. Now that you have your stencil, you put paint on it, and squeegee it across the screen, with your tshirt being underneath.
So read up, buy a silkscreen, some paint, and a squeegee and you should be good. Keep us posted

can you just go to a local screen place? i thought they were really limited in what they can do. like you have to get a little box in the center of your shirt.
