theres a brand called Lalo that makes one with dots a little smaller than a dime. its a really good quality hoodie...japanese french terry construction, all over print.

There was brand called Venus that had a full-zip(Bape style) polka dot hoody. Purple with white dots, and black with white dots. I believe they were based out of Asia.

I just got a hoody from volcom that is all over polka dots.Depending on what size you are, you might be able to rock a females XL???I dont know
