I've had issued with stuff taking forever going to Canada lately and getting stuck in customs. So before you blame DG, point the finger at Canadian Customs office.

customs in canada is a bitch, usually DG arrives in 1-2 weeks for me, but give it awhile longer

all i know is my order took like 2 days to get to me.
i am however, not in canada. i do, however, love their customer service and speed of transactions.

Even though I live in Canada, I always get my packages shipped to a U.S. address, 20 minutes from where I live. Very convenitent, and I never pay duty or taxes!!

hey king,

i had that problem before too.
i had ordered a freshjive tee and it was over two weeks.
i emailed DG and Farah, who just posted above had told me they had been having problems with Candadian Customs (woulnd't be suprised....lol) and she said she would send out another tee and that it would arrive in 3 days.

low and behold, 3 days later it arrived!

DG is awesome, Farah was a great help and answered all my emails.

i just ordered the a PFK tee from them so hopefully the 2nd time around will be ok if customs doesnt mess it up

na bro its customs thats holding you up, when u order shit from a different country then it gots to go through customs, that shit sits in a storage with other shit being shipped to your country. So it sits there for a few weeks before its looked at. I ordered some shit from the UK a month & 1/2 ago and it still aint got here (US) yet.
But the chick at digi is dope and chill, shes on top of orders there so im sure its not their bad. i saw the pics of their wearhouse on a blog and now im wondering if they do tours or let people swing by there to check out the shit they got. Damn i swear i'd prolly go broke if they did cuz i'd bring at least a grand in cash and be buying shit left & right from digi.

damn i got so much shit ordered from different sites and over seas that i forget whats suppose to be comming to me and sometimes im like what the hell? another package? then i open it up and im like ooooohhh shit i forgot i had ordered thats, tight. so blame it on customs or your local usps.
