I did Atkins for two years straight and always had some nice thick Hempler's or Fletcher's bacon for breakfast. Man I miss that. I could eat bacon every day and never grow tired of it, however, it is not healthful. Not only because of what it is, but the nitrates as well. So I gave it up and now have a protein shake for breakfast. I love Isagenix (http://isalife.net) shakes, but have to admit I sometimes wish I did not care so much about health and just eat bacon all the time.

If I could live healthily on bacon and pizza alone, I would.&)
