that is correct. Mr. Cartoon is NOT the one next to Muggs. Mr. Cartoon is the one talking to Chace in that scene.

Got it. Cartoon can hardly be seen with the glare from the sunlight. I just thought you got Estevan Oriol confused with Cartoon. Why didn't you list him? He's not important enough? j/k. Good footage regardless.
