Basically when its winter, i do absolutely fucking nothing. Im a little bitch so the cold affects me pretty bad. haha.
But on the other days its actually NICE out. Im either just chillin, eating, or skating. My friends and I are the least productive people on the face of the earth ahaha.

If you're a college kid you might want to head to Dinkytown and check out The Dinkytowner, and if theres something going on at Varsity Theatre thats a pretty fun place. Scion always puts on live hip-hop shows at those two places.

Uptown Theatre shows a cult movie every saturday at midnight. Its an old school theatre with balcony. Sneak in a blunt and a flask, everyone else does.

When you're hung over, Al's Breakfast is a crazy little spot in dinkytown, super crowded and strange, but its an experience. Also Hells Kitchen downtown is a good breakfast place too, a lot "nicer" but that doesnt mean better.

i live in boston and my folks just moved out there from here, i stuck around here..

its definitely dope out there though. before i went, i had that east coast mentality-i was like yall moved to a cornfield? when i got there i was like okok.. i just had no idea what to expect.. they moved right downtown by the river. dope neighborhoods out there... all the mills turned into condos and such? thats a real good look right there...

got a chance to hit up a few usual tourist spots and checked out cal-surf as well... the lids selection of "tc" hats kills our lids selectio n of hometown B hats here... i had to cop a few..

yall gotta put me onto some stuff to do/shit to see for next time i roll back out there..

I have a sneaking suspicion this will be a great show. With the exception of last year's Sound set, all the Atmosphere shows I've seen over the past couple years have generally been the same set, sound, and vibe replayed over and over. I get that the live band fits the direction they are taking their music, but I'd kill to see a show with Slug, Ant, two turntables and a microphone. That would be fukcing GOLD. Unfortunately (for me at least), that seems to be the opposite direction they're going in.
It really doesn't matter what Atmosphere does at this point. Ant could start playing the Sitar, Slug could start rapping in sign language. and the kids would eat it up year after year until they calls it quits....They are just too cool for school.

Ali is automatic...can't wait for the new album this year..

Thee Adventures of a B Boy D Boy is still getting steady rotation in my iPod. Muja is nice, and he'll bring a different element to this performance that would otherwise be lacking.

Minnesota Hip Hop is looking real strong right now. This will be a great show. Bank it. If you aren't keen to Minnesota hip hop, or are trying to bring someone around, try to get tickets to this show. I seriously doubt you will be disappointed.

I hope all four of you Minnesota cats on here appreciate my take..lol. I'm pretty green leafed right now...excuse my long-windedness.
