So, here it is, the new thing for my summer...

I have created the Great Dane Wellness Plan (GDWP) to make me a better human being. Here is my plan.

- No Drinking Alcohol
- No Smoking...anything
- No Swearing
- Shower Everyday
- Brush Teeth Everyday
- Read the Bible Everyday
- Go To Church Every Sunday
- Workout Every Day
- Wake Up Every Day At 7AM

This is basically it. I plan on doing these things to feel better about myself and look better and have a better outlook on life. That's all.

Its nice to have goals but cept for the hygiene stuff I dunno if i could not drink and work out every single day...

I could get with all of it excluding the religious stuff...that wouldn't make me feel any better but that's a personal choice. I already wake up earlier than that to get ready for school.

That's like a wellness plan to be a boring person. Think Fight Club.

"Self improvement is masturbation, now self destruction..."

In other terms, self improvement is a temporary good feeling. We all falter somehow. Self improvement will lead you to never be good enough, and you'll find other stupid ways to "self improve." It's like finding other ways to shoot your rocks off with better porn. I'm not against self-improvement... just be realistic with your goals.

Good luck though.
