Anyone know How are New Era's are sized?

I did measure , and they dont make new eras in a size 23, Thats why I was asking how the size is co

you are between a 7 1/4 and a 7 3/8. Plain and simple. I go for the 1/4 and stretch them out a bit. "pop" the sweatband
