I ordered something there and they sent me a email asking for an addition $15 dollar fee on top of the 8 dollars I paid for shipping. Now I sent them an email asking for a paypal invoice and I havent heard anything. Do these people even look at there emails??

they're not scamming you guy. send the payment w. a seller to note saying addtional intl shipping fee. cmonwealth is a great store, but they're communication is lacking

i think the email goes to the guys in norfolk store.
not to mention, i am sure they get a lot of emails asking about sizing, inventory, spams, etc they probably don't have time to check and reply all.

best bet is to call the store directly.

all these complaints are valid. any online store that only accepts paypal and doesn't have real credit card processing and shipping confirmation emails isn't worth your time.

shop in store only w/ people like that.

I've bought from them a couple of times and never had a problem, got my stuff within a week. I've never been to the store but definitely would if I was in the area. My only complaint (if you could call it that) is that most stores nowadays throw some extra stuff in your package, like some stickers or a magazine or something, and they don't, but that's not a real problem.
