hey guys. as diamond said on another post, my customer service team was messing up big time and they didn't tell me obviously because if they did they would have gotten fired. well now we know how that worked out! see ya!>:( get a new job for real. no looking back.
i started the site while i had fewer jobs 2 years ago and now i'm busy doing a ton of stuff and thought that i could do the buying as usual and have some other people handle the shipping and customer service. my bad i guess.
sometimes, you have to handle your own stuff yourself to get it done right. lesson learned and sorry to you guys who liked the site from jump. it took a lot of work to get all the brands on the site and it sucks that the rep of the store lessened without me knowing. really frustrating. but all you can do is fix it.
that said, i got a few new guys on customer service and we have a sale going on now: all tees $25 or less. i'm going to try and update more frequently now instead of dropping a whole season all at once.
thanks to those of you who stuck with us. this is me the owner and get at me with questions. we got new mhi, staple, rockers, situation normal, ssur, dj atrak and futura stuff on the way real soon. oh yeah, diamond too
nick was also right that i wasn't up on the forum side of things but i'm glad the community can know what's up with the site via hypebeast forums and that you can contact me with any other problems / questions about lines here.
