i dont think anyone should order from the site,
i was ready to make my order, i seen items that are impossible to find(the Mighty Healthy tees - such as "Listen to Ghostface",some Rockers NYC tees) can tell they havent updated anything in time.

Cartel Goods has revamped their crew.... My homeboy owns the site and assured
me he has things in better order now. He always has about 20 different projects going on and
left the site to the will of his employees that fucked up.

I recently showed him this forum and all the threads talking about the bad service.... He read it and fired everyone.

good on him. Its a complete pisstake to leave your business in the trust of your employees, only to find constant bad feedback about it on a forum. Its sounds like he didn't know his store had a bad rep for quite awhile.

Yea, he had no idea. He thought things were going smoothly until I
put him up on all the complaints.

hey guys. yes nick is right here. my customer service team was messing up big time and they didn't tell me obviously because if they did they would have gotten fired. well now we know how that worked out! see ya! get a new job for real. no looking back.

i started the site while i had fewer jobs 2 years ago and now i'm busy doing a ton of stuff and thought that i could do the buying as usual and have some other people handle the shipping and customer service. my bad i guess.

sometimes, you have to handle your own stuff yourself to get it done right. lesson learned and sorry to you guys who liked the site from jump. it took a lot of work to get all the brands on the site and it sucks that the rep of the store lessened without me knowing. really frustrating.

that said, i got a few new guys on customer service and we have a sale going on now: all tees $25 or less. i'm going to try and update more frequently now instead of dropping a whole season all at once.

thanks to those of you who stuck with us. this is me the owner and get at me with questions. we got new mhi, staple, rockers, situation normal, ssur, dj atrak and futura stuff on the way real soon. oh yeah, diamond too :P

nick is right that i wasn't up on the forum side of things but i'm glad the community can know what's up with the site via hypebeast forums.

get at me.

peace
