Just like rapping over Crunk will ONLY make you hot in the South? Please. Hip-hop nowadays is all about pimping out musical scenes and bringing them to the mainstream. If anything, Wale has a better chance of blowing because he raps over go-go, and does it well.

I concur, it seems DC is a death trap for Emcees, the only person with any real fame in the hip hop world is DJ P-Cutta of the Street Wars mixtapes and he barely ever reps DC like that (all his stuff is new york based)
