Showtime ruin

Okay excuse my ignorance on this subject but this is why I'm asking. I always hear about bape stuff being out in limit amounts.... So my question is how exactly does this work? Let's say BWS in NY gets Animal kingdom hoodie how many usually come in? Are you allowed to buy more then on per size?
And once it sells out do they restock the item or is it just gone? The reason I ask this is cause I'm curious since I've never been to any bape store. Once they sell out of something is the store empty? :P And I see resellers rape on prices for hoodies but what is the average price for a hoodie? Thanks alot!

To answer some of your questions:
A) Where hoodies are concerned it is one per person. No matter how many designs/colors they have at any given time. Not to say people who have "connections" don't get preferential treatment as it were. I have seen people on Ebay selling legit stuff with more than 1 hoody in the same style/color in different sizes/colors but for the person walking off the street it is 1 per. When you see people on Ebay with the same style hoody in every size known to man it is 100% FAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FYI the largest legit size is XXL so when you see hoodies in size(s) XXXL & XXXXL that is another tipoff that the seller is a Faper.
B) Once a particular item sells out it is gone.
C) They sell more than hoodies so the store is never empty. BTW hoodie season is over for now. Hoodies are usually available from Sept. - March, so if you are in the market for one now you won't find one in any BWS.
D) The average price for a hoody is $280-320USD

Here are my experience when I was in Tokyo (Dec '05), visiting the Bape Exclusive, BBC/Ice Cream stores....
1. Absolutely no pictures allowed inside of the store...however I was able to sneak a couple still!
2. You're not allowed to try on any of the clothes, however shoes are okay.
3. I was able to get 3 different hoodies, but I guess I was lucky...Japanese sales reps are really nice (especially the one that served me).
4. BAPE Members (available only for Japanese residences) apparently gets some sort of special treatment.
5. They restock some items in Tokyo...maybe cause its readily available.
6. There's a shit load of underground stores reselling BAPE in Tokyo, and the prices are ridiculous!!!
Hope this helps!

weird, they let me try on jeans at bws ny... maybe that differs from store to store. and as far as selection goes, youll never find a hoody unless a) its an undesirable release or b) you line up before the store opens. But youll always find tons of tees, jeans, jackets, and shoes at bws, regardless of when you go... if youre a frequent customer the employees will hook you up too
