Anybody watch it Sunday night? He was wearing some Mita Delta Forces
Chappelle first debuted his comedic talents at the age of fourteen while studying acting and literary media at the Duke Ellington School of the Arts. Within a year he was invited on stage at the famed Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York. He made a name for himself along East Coast clubs before breaking into TV on Russell Simmons' "Def Comedy Jam" on HBO and receiving the honor of being the youngest featured comic to perform on "Comic Relief VI" at age twenty. Chappelle then moved into film, appearing in "Robin Hood: Men in Tights," "You've Got Mail," "Half Baked," and "Con Air." Chapelle's fame skyrocketed with the success of the Comedy Central hit "Chappelle's Show." The show's smart and controversial social and political commentary made it an instant sensation and gave Chappelle status as one of comedy's reining stars.
Watch it again: March 5th (http://www.bravotv.com/Inside_the_Actors_Studio/)

it's interesting to look at racial stereotypes of the past like those bug bunny episodes. LOL @ some people acting like bugs was a real person with real views. if you're offended by them in modern day, you need to get a grip. it's history. we can view it, be amused by it, learn from it. it's what really happened.
i think everyone should know there were a lot of racial stereotypes in cartoons back then. it's history.
and those pictures of bugs dressed up like hitler or whatever. that looks like it was more along the lines of ridiculing nazis not supporting them. wasn't some pro-nazi propaganda cartoon. these still are, after all, american cartoons.
looking at old racial stereotypes can be a "knee slapper". Because they are old and because it's a thing of the past. It's for the same reason we laugh at dave chappelle's skits and stand up for example. it's why he and others like eddie griffin, can make light of slavery. this is the 21st century fellas, not a time to be sensitive about past issues that are exactly that. past issues.
