View Full Version : Orisue - Rubbish

Story:

Ordered the one off hoodie last December.

Problem:

1. Since I live in the UK, I specifically asked whether they could mark the item as a gift and lower the custom value. If they couldn't I wanted the order to be cancelled, they replied it was OK so I was happy.

Four weeks later, I get a custom charge for £26 which is around $55. What gets me ticked is the fact they said they mark the item down for me, when they haven't and lied to me.

2. So I email them regarding the situation a week ago explaining the situation and nothing since, no replies, no apologies, no nothing. I sent them another email again 2 days ago but so far nothing again.

So Orisue are rubbish, the customer service is terrible the fact they can't be arsed to reply is terrible.

I like to hear what they say.

I'm always careful when ordering stuff from the states to ask if they can mark my stuff down as gifts and value otherwise I know I be stung for customs.

The thing that bugs me is that I can't possibly pay the customs regardless anyway since I need the cash for food for the rest of the month. So I have to refuse the package and then wait for Orisue to collect it before refunding me which would take another 4 weeks which is ridiculous.

As for the guy in Ireland the customs are different there mate.

Customs fees suck but if $55US will break you, why are you ordering hoodies?

Ummm did you read my post?.

When I buy stuff overseas I always ask them whether they can mark my package as gifts and lower the value to $40 to avoid the crazy UK fees.

If they don't I don't order from them, because you know why?. Its simply pissing good money down the toilet, with time I could find an alternative route whereby they would.

Now for the 2nd part, Orisue said they WOULD mark down the package and label as a gift. Otherwise I would know what have happened.

So they lied to me and can't be bothered to reply back to my emails despite being prompt when I ordered and asked them my reservations.I even canceled my order when it was online asking them I was worried if they could do the stuff I wanted, they replied back and yeah its cool so I reordered again.

So thanks for nothing Orisue.

i dont think they "ment" to lie to you, it was probably an accident.

people that lies unconsciously are also being called "retarded" with a french accent, wich is probably the case in this issue.

I'm not saying they didn't fuck up bro, I'm just saying that if you need your last $55 for food you shouldn't be buying hoodies.

Sorry Hunter for sound like a dick:(

I did have enough money but all that is for uni and rent, I mean when someone says they do something like you requested its pretty much expected in my books. So I didn't think anything of it.
