BBC/Ice Cream Sizing???

i'm new to this forum and i was looking to purchase some BBC/Ice Cream shirts but had a question on sizing...i'm about 5'7" 145 pounds and i dunno if i should purchase a size small or medium?

i wear a size medium in volcom shirts and a size small in lacoste polos and i shrink them in the dryer so they fit perfect. just wanna know other peoples experience w/ the BBC/ice cream clothing before i drop money into them. any help would be appreciated. thank you...

I'm 5'10, 158 lbs, and I wear a size M. It fits pretty spot.
I'd go with a M if I were you.
One of my bape shirts got washed in warm by accident and it shrunk up a bit, length-wise too, so you can always shrink them if you feel like they're too big.
