Crazy Story need help

Well a few weeks ago before break, i went to school wearing my baby milo zoo animal whatever you call it hoody. I go to a strict christian high school with a strict dress code, anyways, im on the bball team and we had to go in dressy clothes (slacks, and collard shirts). It was cold as a bitch so i was wearing thiss baby milo hoody. I got it taken away in physics class, and all confiscated clothes are taken away for 5 days. However, the next week was Christmas break, and with the schoool closed, i had no way to get it back. Long story short, all the clothes in the confiscated locker got mixed in the lost and found, and the lost and found stuff was donated to goodwill. Now my physics teacher confronted me and told me this, and i got so fucking angry. However, she said that she would buy me a new sweater to replace this one. I dont think she know how much bape/baby milo costs so ill have to tell her.

i paid like 350$ for my milo and friends, but how much are they now if you can still find them?

you schould go after the school to be honest man. They cant confiscate items and then not return them. If they confiscated the item, they they are 100% responsible with where they put it. Its like the cop's taking your car away for a DUI and then saying oh were sorry, we gave it to a charity. That shit dont fly...the bigger the scene you make and the crazier you act...usually in high school the better your chances of getting your hoody back or cash. I would go and grab a principal and tell em wdupz and demand that your physics teacher pay you for the hoody and then i would find a new physics teacher...

believe me any teacher giving you $350.00 for a hoody is going to fail you...

thats terrible man... i got my pokemon cards confiscated when i was in JHS a long time ago and to this day i still have a grudge against my teacher. you gotta tell someone about this, especially use your standing on the basketball team to make a bigger deal about it

If thats the case man, have her pay you what the hoody is worth. Tell her you will find another one since they dont make it and that you paid whatever its street valued at now...thats what i would do...keep me informed on what happens...would love to know..

ok here comes the kicker. i told the teacher i wanted the black cotton candy jacket, and she said it was cool, its on cliffedge for like 300$. She said she would give me the cash to buy it. Now here comes my conscience and my money angel. With 300$ cash i would rather put that in the bank and use it when i need it instead of spending it on a jacket thats fashionable, but that wont keep me warm. However my teacher is expecting me to buy a hoody and i dont want her to think i just pocketed the cash.

buy the hoodie, its the right thing to do. i mean you should be happy you are getting another 300 dollar hoodie period. i guess what u could do is buy the hoodie, wear for the year and then sell it. but u should atleast buy the hoodie.

buy a real bape sweater and have a little left over, or buy one of those fake 90$ jobbies and have like 210$ left over or a little more.
