Cut & Sew Fit?

I wanted to cop one of the 40 Acres and a Mule x Cut & Sew rugbys but I was wondering how the fit is on these. I wear like a large regular polo but large polo rugbys are pretty big on me. I usually wear size L in all t and dress shirts, should I get the large or medium?
