best way to maximize shrinkage

yea, i jsut got a stussy purple wourld tour hoody(last one in stock), i want to make it fit in between a m and l, whats the best way to wash it to get the most shrinkage out of it....washer setting or dryer settings, lemme know..


also, i tried searching for threads related to this, but couldnt find any

everything hot..water, high heat dryer, etc..turn inside out in the dryer tho...

...get rid of the hoody. Washing it in high heat and drying will make the hoody shrink but the z.ipper will still be long
