Prevent dyeing

Hey fellow hypebeasts, just wondering, how do you prevent dyeing on your shoes be jeans since it's snowing up here in Canada? My old white shoes got dyed from the snow and I couldn't take it off, just wondering a way to prevent it all together. :)

tape the inside of the curves on the end of the jeans.

you can't really..you can cold wash 'em like 10 times and it will help get rid of a lot of the ink tho
