yeah i ride Flatland,I used to have a Quamen g3 with nankai freecoaster and odyssey hazard lite rims with the fixings but i sold that now i have a gt zone that i got as a gift (i hate deparment store bikes cause theyre shitty) but im trying to work with what i got until i get a better frame

there is a reason. have you ever had a bike with no brake cable slack??? barspins are hard with no slack when u dont have a gyro. one with too much slack looks dumb and could still fuck you up. plus brakes are expensive too. when i rode they were. you dont really need brakes unless u arent able to stop urself.

if you just want a bike to cruise around in then any bike will do,just stay away from the brand pacific.Mongoose or Gt bikes are pretty good for cruising around and it wont cost alot if your lucky you can find yourself a steal on a used one if you check out Craigslist.org then click within your area to the right and search under 'bikes' catergory

24' is a bigger frame like a cruiser bike,while 20' would be a standard size bmx.i'd say go for the 20'

I have an old school GT Performer from the early 90's that I got for getting good grades in school. I have it parted out and have to replace a few things but its ALL original GT parts... I used to ride it even into high school and around town. It's a sweet ass bike, all chrome with the green & royal blue stickers, with black tri-star rims... I lovvved it and want to restore it.

well if you're building a custom bmx bike then 600 will get you a frame, fork, handlebars, and a stem.

jet hops are the jumps you do when you 1st lift the front tire off the ground then the back tire. you can get alot more air...i dunno if thats a term just used around my area but ive heard it before as well.

and about the seat hitting your ass, do you have the seat all the way down on the post? try to maybe extend your arms a bit more forward also and keep your back on like a straight slant....its harder to explain that what im picturing lol sorry if thats no help dude
