Making Cuffs Smaller

Would you suggest asking a tailor/dry cleaner making the cuffs on a hoody smaller/more elastic, the sleeves a bit long and the cuffs hang over my palm and its quite annoyin.

hey dude, if u need something altered, you bring it to a tailor (not the dry cleaner, wtf). in your case it sounds like you need to shorten the sleeve, not the cuff. next time you have a simple ass question (which you have hella of) you can just ask friends or parents, not HB.

just tell the tailor to cut the cuff in half
