BWS NYC - tag question

hi guys,
i read on the forum before regarding the bape purchases from NYC BWS that they cut the tag on the clothing?

can someone please clarify in detail which tag they cut and stuff?! thanks!!

They remove the "We Early!" slide out tag and the "Attention!" hang tag for inventory/reseller control.

Yea, whenever I purchased something they would take off the tag. Found it extremely weird too.

I wonder if it is done more to stop the resellers or if what they say about not getting more tags from Japan is actually true. Personally I don't think it stops the resellers but of course I could be wrong. I like to keep the tags to whatever I buy there but if they insist on doing this what can you do I guess.

usually they take the tag, but sometimes on less hyped releases theyll leave it on...
