yall *****s are so fucking corny. lrg is not a sell out, the whole fucking point is to make money. you guys are the worst entrepaneurs ever. i wish i could have a namebrand that would sell out and be considered mainstream. so many of you guys take yourselves too seriously. yall aint nobody, companies dont care if you are loyal to them. to them it just means youre part of their paycheck. they dont care about yall. so relax and dont say LRG is a sell out. cuz theyre shit is more official than any corny ass soulful commandoe yall feen for. that shit is a cop out and sell out over bape... shit is ass. so guys please, get your high school diploma before you start talking out the side of your neck

I have my high school diploma person. I personally don't give a damn because I don't like LRG, never have and never will. And your right, all they do is care about your money, hence the fact they make clothing for every different style person there is, pretty soon LRG will be sold in Hot Topic. And everytime you dude's bitch and moan about brands such as Soulful Commandoe, there is a new customer they're getting.

damn dude, i never said it sold out. i didnt even knock it, i just said its mainstream now. i was down with them since they were underground and im still down with them now. ive seen the way they grew, i respect Jonas for hustling the way he did, and im not knocking them for how popular it got because they earned the #1 spot by making quality gear. but going back to the original point of the thread, DG wont carry it because the LRG's market has grown to be beyond DG's target audience now.

LRG: If I like the style I'll get it. why do you care so much about the brand? They got some pretty cool stuff and pretty ugly stuff. Dont like it, then you dont need to bash LRG so you can feel good about yourself.

dork.. i was saying yall are the worst entrepneurs theoretically bc if you were to start a brand it seems as though you would rather hace 14 loyal cutomers than make madd bread and sell out in stores.

If your brand is hot, you're going to sell out regardless whether or not you sell to ten people or world wide. I know you said "theoretically" speaking, these people would be bad entrepreneur's because they would sell to 14 people, but not everyone want's to run their on business and be huge. bape_boi is a perfect example, he made those polka dot hoodies that everyone liked, but he only made about ten for the people he know's, even after knowing that alot of people were willing to drop good money for them.

^^ haha whoooa there nelly.. didnt see that .. hey now mr.metoo.... dont tell me or other people how id run my business... i did those on the side... im no business... lol ... my opinion is ... in any business your overall number one goal is to make money .. n if its not ... your pretty much doomed... it all depends on how YOU wanna run your business tho ... if you wanna keep your shyt underground and sell to cats who repect fashion and dont follow trends ... then do that ... if you wanna go mainstream n make prolly a shyt load more money than u ever did underground .. go righ ahead ... i aint mad at lrg as a company for going mainstream ... i just dont like how all their tees are generic ... period.. no hate on them because they mainstream now ... do your thing .. GET YOURS....

Everything you say has sell out written all over it. Doing something because you like the results and doing something explicitly to make money are entirely different. The underground inventive, overground effective axiom they used to have is a little too overground now to be an acceptable choice in clothing. Honestly, do want dress the same as every single kid on the local high school's JV football team? THE SHIT IS PLAYED and it has sold out.

jesus christ. ANYWAYS, the reason they dont carry it anymore is a financial dispute. LRG DID sell out, not because they are sold everywhere, but because they changed from the inside. they let the corporate disease take over. DG was one of their first accounts, and they always had an agreement to not have to pay for the shipments until after a couple months. then all of a sudden instead of jonas dealing with them, they had some corporate stiffs dealing with them telling them they couldnt do that shit anymore, and bear in mind that DG would go through 100K of LRG a season....WHOLESALE. so you could imagine that there was a bit of a personal situation that went into them not carrying it.

thats my fav piece of LRG i own, this one is actually a sample of probably the rarest letterman jacket LRG ever made back in the day (pretty sure only about 150 were made). collaboration with Rawkus Records when they were still around and making pure fire with my fav hiphop artists.
