View Full Version : ordering from cmonwealth (dewelz)

ive always had a good experience shopping from cmonwealth.com in terms of getting the right gear in a reasonable amount of time. however this time i ordered a crooks & castles dewelz hoody and as of now i still do not have it. my credit card has been charged and i was even given a tracking number for the shipping. problem is that the only info i get on the usps site is that the package has been dropped off (in VA). same info now for 2 weeks. so either the package isnt moving, its lost or heaven knows what.

ive written to the guys at cmonwealth and no replies as of yet. no one even picks up the phone.

im beginning to get kinda worried so im wondering if anyone can help, give advice or let me know if they been through some of the same ishhh im going through now.

Cmonwealth flaked on me recently too....i ordered the 10 deep polka dot hoodie when it dropped and I just finally received an email (2 days ago) from them telling me the item was sold out. Thats a shame. I could of copped that hoodie elsewhere but passed thinkin it was already comin in the mail. To top it off, i ordered a black bandito crewneck and received a grey one instead. Same shit....no reply on the emails and no one answering the phones ('cept one time, when i was told the shipping manager would call me back, but never did). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I never had problems before with cmonwealth but I guess they couldnt handle the heat of their recent products. I doubt I will cop from them in the future...I feel better off shopping elsewhere where the product comes thru "fa sho..."

yea i read ur other thread. thats a damn shame. i always looked up to that site coz they had great customer service. maybe now its bcoz they blew up and can afford to make 'petty' mistakes...who knows. its still really messed up. at least i hope that you got ur money back (did you?)...

as for now im not ordering from them again

If I read this right, it's a UPS problem, not a Commonwealth problem. Once they ship it out, how can they be responsable for it?

i ordered a dewelz from them and it did take a while to get processed........but once it shipped, it got here in 2-3 days.........typical USPS priority shipping

if there is a tracking #, then call the 1800# tracking line for USPS.........they can track it and get to the bottom of it...........

USPS can't do anything until 2 weeks, but it sounds like your situation is in that time frame..........give them a call..........

it may be your carrier's fault...........like dude said above, once it's shipped, it is pretty much out of cmonwealth's hands

Damn that's messed up, I never had any problems with commonwealth... but as someone stated wit all that heat they can't keep up with all they're shit

it can be at one place for weeks man...

I know when I ordered a hoodie from DrJays, they sent it USPS, and it was stuck in one place for almost two weeks, when it finally moved, it came pretty quick, something like 2 days later....i think you will get your package any day soon, you might wanna call usps just to check on it

I got the same problem. Ordered a dewelz hoody. Got a confirmation number, but still haven't gotten anything yet. Already emailed and called them about this issue.

true that man...just been having so much bad luck lately...its almost $250 worth of stuff...given im a part time working student that really sucks...

its usps...and i have the right to post my concern. i understand that something maybe wrong with the shipping but commonwealth does not have the right to ignore my emails and phonecalls. this is a business to consumer transaction in which customer service plays a vital role. dont tell me whats unbelievable...

usps isnt really trackable, so even if its lost, it will still say that it got to VA.

soooooo... hit up common and just have em resend your order. u paid for something and didn't get it, and it doenst take more than 5 days domestically.

yea im finally in contact with them. they called me at last. well after some phonecalls with the VA office and common it looks like tommorow is gonna be day when we find out whether the package is lost or not. if its lost they gonna send me another one. the service today was very helpful...late but good.:) hopefully all works out now

You know if they run a trace on a package they think something is wrong on, it can take up to 2 weeks before they get any word on it. You can sit there wondering for 2 weeks, and they then come back and say." Yes, your package is lost, too bad."

make sure if you order something over $100 that these stores that are shipping to you insures it for the correct amount, if not then you will get no more than $100. that is the key most people forget to do that and it does not cost much more.

package is lost but they gonna send me a xxl dewelz at no extra cost. orginally i had ordered an xl thinking the hoodies were gonna run large but as ive read here on hypebeast they run small. so i guess things have a way of working out. at least with the long wait im gonna get the rite size. props to commonwealth!
