supreme "illegal business" t-shirt question

every time I wear this shirt, I always get asked who the guy is. can anybody answer this question for me? or is it just some dude who happened to be wearing a supreme box tee the day he got arrested? ?)

I believe that guy owns Rice to Riches the rice pudding place on Spring St. They were up to some shady business supposedly and that dude was federally indicted. I think the Supreme shirt was photoshopped as well.

It's not a photoshopped picture, it's an actual picture that ran in the NY Post, Daily News. And it isn't the guy who owns Rice to Riches. It's a friend of the extended family, who on that day was wearing a box tee.
